My second Suzie Q

My first Vic Smeed boat was a Remora built from free plans that came with the December 1964 Model Maker magazine and my second was Suzie Q built from a Model Maker plan that cost me five shillings and sixpence just a few weeks later! Fast forward many years and I have just discovered the original plans for them both and decided that since I parted with them in the 1970's I missed them and wanted to build them both again - but this time with modern brushless motors. Checking online I was surprised to see that RBC were kitting the Suzie Q so I ordered one at the weekend and it arrived here in the UK on the following Wednesday! Good fast service from RBC - but I don't have a disc drive on my MAC computer so I have asked for a pdf to be emailed to me so I can build the kit to their suggested method and I will write another review when it is finished. With brushless motors my new Suzie Q should be much faster than my original OS glow powered model! Top marks to RBC for making the kit and for getting it to me so quickly.
